Why WISE?

Have you ever found yourself in a “tight” situation? If we are talking about your car being sandwiched between two parked vehicles, what would you do?
You could choose to wait for a few hours, until one of the drivers shows up. You could choose to gently nudge both cars, until the oner or the police respond to the car’s alarm. Or by a series of minute incremental, expertly executed forward and backward movements, navigate yourself to freedom.
But what if it was another kind of “tight” situation. It might be an unexpected question in an interview Maybe, your boss might tip you to answer a question from a hostile participant in a promotion seminar. It might be a case where you are in the wrong, and the ‘truth’ will definitely not set you free. Or, as you prepare for the real world, it might be an Impromptu Speaking Contest. These are all “tight situations” from which you must extricate yourself, and do so with dignity and professionalism that enhances your net worth, and socioeconomic mobility. You need to think, speak and dominate your challenge, or be dominated by it.

The World-wide Impromptu Speaking Empowerment (WISE) community is for anyone and everyone who desires to graduate from “chatting” to speaking”, and using speaking as a tool for success. The applications of an effectively honed impromptu speaking life-skill are limitless. The world-wide networking opportunities offered by this WISE forum are limited only by your imagination. Basic membership is FREE until March 31, 2026, If you wish to remain with us, or join us as of April 1, 2026, an annual basic membership subscription of US$20 will be required. The optional annual Prime Membership subscription is $30. The Prime membership subscription will be waived on presentation of evidence of having purchased the hard cover or soft cover version of Think… Speak… Dominate in 15 Seconds or Less! during the applicable year.
Basic membership entitles you to full participation in the Discussion Forum which will focus on, impromptu speaking, its unique challenges, tips and tricks. Discussion Topics will include content covered by Think… Speak… Dominate in 15 Seconds or Less!  Moderation will be moderate, and is designed mainly to ensure that the fundamental rules of mutual respect and civility are adhered to. As multiple topics are likely to be discussed at any one given time, the host will not automatically monitor every conversation. To compensate for this, any member, in any discussion may make an ‘Authority Appeal’. This is if it is felt that in the absence of agreement on any subject, the opinion of the WISE Coach is needed. There will also be a limited number of events to which members with basic subscriptions will have access at no cost.
Premium members will have access to all the rights and privileges of members with basic membership. Additionally, Prime members are entitled to discounts of not more than US$30 per Prime Event. These events will include, but are not limited to Impromptu Speaking workshops and special presentations. Prime members will also receive double-value emailed correspondence from the WISE Coaching team. Finally, Prime membership will be required as a prerequisite for individual or small group coaching.
An EXTRA SPECIAL Prime event will be the global launching of an original communication genre that was first tested with a group of District Table Topics Champion Toastmasters from around the world for two consecutive years. The resounding success of the pilot now qualifies it for global release. The genre rains and then tests impromptu thinking; impromptu speaking; persuasive speaking; fact-framing; listening; and adversarial interaction skills. One of the remarkable features of USE is that, unlike traditional debate, it operates at optimal efficiency in a culture of honesty, integrity and loyalty to one’s convictions. Encounter”.
